Our concept was birthed from a passion for perfect pizzas and health. Sourdough is richer in nutrients, less likely to spike your blood sugar, contains lower amounts of gluten, and is generally easier to digest than dough made with baker's yeast. And it tastes incredible.
Enjoy our delicious Neapolitan style pizzas made from freshly milled Australian flour and 100% natural sourdough. Our pizzas are naturally leavened and cooked at 400° in an authentic Italian brick oven to create a thin base and puffy aerated crusts. All pizzas are topped with the finest ingredients sourced from farms and cheesemakers throughout regional Australia. We do not use any commercial yeasts or additives.
